It was a great customer experience! I rarely write reviews, but this time I really appreciate the prompt response from the company. I accidentally bought an item as a gift for my friend, but then I realised she already got the same one. I called for cancellation and customer service advisor, Rich, solved the issue quickly. He is professional and polite in the whole conversation. Thank you!

Team @ Swindon helped me to navigate cycle to work scheme - got a fantastic bike all expertly configured and was out on it the next day for 40 miles.

My grandsons throttle cable had broke, on his motorbike, leaving him stranded, on his way to visit me.
He phoned your shop and they said they might have a cable to fit. And to come in.
So I went to shop with the cable.
I think it was manager Mark who helped me.
He found a cable that would do it. But needed nipple to be made smaller, he done this for me and also lent me his tools to fit cable to bike.
Tried to fit cable but due to some issues, ended up too short.
So went back to shop, and repeated process.
Even went past closing time.
I returned to my grandson, and he fitted cable and it worked a treat.
We would like to thank Mark for his help, and how he went out of his way to help us, not once but twice.
Restored my faith in people and how some will do whatever it takes to help someone in trouble.

For many years, I have always had great service from Hargroves Swindon. They go the extra mile and the team are avery helpful.

Had my first bike service at the Swindon branch, got out on my bike yesterday everything is working like a dream. A big thank to Steve who completed the work.

Recently involved in a 500 mile charity ride when mechanical issue occurred, travelled to Hargroves Winchester where James and Josh resolved the issue, their help and assistance was invaluable, would recommend this cycle shop.

Hargroves Cycles Salisbury. My friends and I were cycling the King Alfred Way. I came off my bike and broke my gears. Managed to limp into Salisbury and found Hargroves. The lads there were incredible. They immediately took my bike and did their magic. It came back as good as new and allowed me to continue the rest of the trip. They also sorted my mates bike and even offered us coffee. Excellent service and highly recommended

We bought two e bikes today, the price was very competitive and the service was first class, would recommend, the guys know there stuff they are not just sales persons, much better than the likes of Halfords

Superb service from Hargroves Cycles. Found the saddle I was looking for much cheaper than anywhere else. The communication via email was excellent with immediate confirmation of my order and regular updates on delivery.

I bought an Orbea Keram eMTB from the Swindon branch recently and the service was excellent! The salesman was friendly, knowledgable, professional and helpful, all without being pushy and trying to sell me a bike I didn't want or fit my requirements. The store also gave me 12.5% off all the accessories that I bought at the same time as the bike and installed them for free.

I also received 4 weeks free bike insurance and a free bike check 6 weeks after the purchase date.

I definitely recommend this store, and I've already returned for further products from them.
